The owner reached out immediately upon reading my review and is sending a replacement bag. Impressive! Will revise my rating once received and confirmed. Just received the replacement bags. Greatly appreciated the seller for doing this. She was sincerely concerned that the quality of the bag was not as advertised. The replacement bags are perfect, so I will revise my overall rating.
